You can bought and store in the freezer and you want to use allow it to come on room temperature then use. For that dust little all-purpose flour on each sheet and keep them one upon another then start rolling them.
  5. At first it will be difficult to roll but after 1-2 minutes it will become smooth. Roll only one side at a time if you are rolling upward then roll upward only and like wise the downward also. Don't roll on both sides together else it's layers will be uneven and will not bake properly. Roll in a square shape then cut it from the middle and keep both the parts one upon another and this time role it in a rectangle shape and then cut 10 almost equal squares from it.
  6. Take one square roll it to make a perfect square if not then place a tsp of filling on it and fold it to make a triangle. Before folding eggwash the sides. Simply crack an egg in a bowl add 1tbsp water beat it then apply this mix on the sides of the square sheet and fold it in a triangle shape then press it with a fork on all sides and make a mark in the middle of the filled sheet so that the air easily pass out from it. Now adjust them on a parchment paper lined baking tray and eggwash them.
  7. Now bake it in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 25-30 minutes or until the crust become brown if you like it soft then bake it for 3-4 mins less. Serve hot with some cream or ice cream or drizzle a sugar glaze on it or simply have it as it is. Enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee with your loved ones.
