- Add 5-6 parts of soymilk, mixing by pressing or stirring each time.
- Add the chicken broth soup, mix well until smooth and heat over low heat. Turn off the heat, beat well with a mixer so that the mass becomes more homogeneous. Sprinkle with ground pepper and nutmeg, mix well.
- Drain the water and put in a small bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out. Let cool and refrigerate overnight if possible.
