- 1 1/2 cups rusks

- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup barbecue sauce

Remove from the oven and use a spatula to press down the edges and shape the patties. Back in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. Then remove it and shape it again. This time, before you put it back in the oven, flip the burger over and make sure it comes back to the size you want. Return to the oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until both sides are evenly cooked.
